Job summary
- Proactively work with stakeholders to define, analyze, and document requirements for developments and enhancements, as well as identify opportunities for new or improved processes.
- Depending on the scope, can assume project management and business analyst roles on the project engagements as needed, as agreed upon with the IT Team Leader.
- The Senior IT Business Analyst is responsible for implementing and continuously improving business processes and performance for assigned products and projects.
Core responsibilities
*Level: Middle/Senior
- In charge of writing documents of User Requirement Specification, Functional Specification, etc..
- Serve as the internal point of contact for the development team whenever requirements need clarification
- Responsible for closely working with the client/product owner to clarify and analyze the business requirements
- Research and develop concepts and business objectives to provide effective solutions for products
- Provide the application manual to users and train staff on how to use the new application.
- Design the application mock- up/wireframe
- Participate in peer reviews of work products derived from requirements specifications to ensure that the requirements were interpreted correctly
- Define the quality attributes, external interfaces, constraints, and other non- functional requirements
- Support in testing and verifying bugs/issues of the products
- Report directly to the supervisor(s) and product owner if required
- Use UML to model the defined features, use cases, system workflow, and other necessary diagrams
Job requirements
- Experience in UML design and data modeling
- At least 4 years of work experience as an IT Business Analyst of enterprise systems (CRM/ERP).
- Excellent at using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Proficient in English communication, writing, and reading skills
- Good organizational, analytical, as well as oral and written communication skills
- Bachelor of IT Software, Information Systems, or Business
- Background technical knowledge
- Good presentation and client relationship skills
- Have profound knowledge of the software development process, especially in software development requirement analysis
- Good UI/UX knowledge and experience
- Hard- working and ready to work in a pressure environment to meet the timeline.
- Be proactive, initiative, flexible, conscientious, responsible, honest, and prudent
