IT Business Analyst Up to 3000

Role Summary We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior IT Business Analyst to join our BA team and drive the successful delivery of innovative Fintech and e- Commerce products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the fintech landscape, particularly in emerging technologies such as AI, Blockchain. This role requires a proven ability to manage requirements,and mentor a junior member of BAs, actively participate in product development and launch, provide critical support for production issues, and contribute to operational efficiency.
Job Description

Work closely with developers, testers, and product owners to ensure requirements are fully understood and implemented.
Data Reconciliation: Perform regular data reconciliation tasks to identify and resolve discrepancies between different data sources.
SQL Querying: Develop, execute, and optimize SQL queries to extract, analyze, and validate data from databases.
UAT: Conduct and support users for UAT, verifying if any bugs or issues occur.
BAU Support: Provide ongoing support for BAU activities, including monitoring and resolving data- related issues, ensuring that all processes run smoothly.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with business users and product owners to understand their data needs, provide actionable insights, and ensure that reporting and data reconciliation meet their expectations.
Requirements Analysis: Analyze requirements and create function list, use cases, User stories, SRS, mockup, prototype, Basic design, …
Ad Hoc Reporting: Support ad hoc reporting requests by generating and analyzing reports based on specific business needs and requirements.
Analyze and evaluate existing IT systems, processes, and workflows for improvement or automation.
Google Sheets Management: Utilize Google Sheets to create, manage, and update data reports and dashboards. Leverage advanced functions and formulas to manipulate and present data effectively.

Key requirements for this position include:

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role with with a background in financial services and familiarity with business- as- usual operations
Experience with Agile methodologies and participating in Agile teams.
Research skills: You should be able to gather and analyze data from a variety of sources, including market research, customer feedback, and industry reports. You should also be able to synthesize this information into actionable insights that can inform our business strategy.
Mockup creation: Proficient in creating mockups using Figma to visualize and communicate user interface requirements effectively.
Give priority to candidates who graduated from High school for gifted school.
Proficiency in English communication skills (both verbal and written)
Having National/International awards, direct admission, other scholarships, etc. is highly preferred
Graduated from TOP UNIVERSITY specializing in Information Technology, Computer Science or related fields.
Proficiency in SQL for database querying and data manipulation.
Experience in using suitable tools (eg: Figma, Vision..) for business modeling, business flow and technical diagrams, creating mockups and prototypes.
