ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Live Payments is seeking a mid- senior level Technical Business Analyst who can help implement strategy across this young and fast- growing company. This role is based in Ho Chi Minh City Vietnam, reporting to the Head of Software Development.
Core duties include:
• Using data and process modelling tools (including, but not limited to, process mapping, activity diagram, and dataflow modelling) to analyse and translate business requirements into meaningful statements of work that is acceptable to both business and technology stakeholders.
• Providing support in testing activities, reviewing test cases and results, organising reviews, tracking feedback, and facilitating UAT when needed.
• Understanding and considering business and technical engineering/IT needs to ensure quality digital products and related operational workflows to meet/exceed the desired business objectives.
• Translating business requirements into functional, non- functional, and technical requirements includes business processes, workflow diagrams, use cases, user experience, and system access.
• Performing system analysis activities (e.g., “as- is”, “to- be”, gap analysis) to ensure system and data integrity.
• Participating in system and application architecture design and evaluating solutions against business requirements.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
• 4 years’ experience working in similar roles.
• Proficiency in English
• Experience working in the payment and financial service industry is advantageous.
• University Degree Qualified in a Tech or Business field.

• Adaptable, fast learner and proactive.
• Solid presentation, communication, and technical writing skills, with the ability to convey simple and complex information to technical and non- technical audiences at any level.
• Excellent English skills in writing, reading, speaking, and listening.
• Solid analytical, system thinking, critical thinking, and problem- solving skills with strong attention to detail.
• Superior ability to translate business requirements into functional, non- functional, and technical requirements.
Nice- to- have Skills
• Understanding of Agile and experience working in Agile- driven environments.
• Understanding the product development process, having a sense of product ownership and being passionate about building great products.
• Experienced in working with various aspects of technology solutions (e.g., user interfaces, mobility, API, databases, system integration) and dealing with technology specialists
