IT Business Development

We are seeking a dynamic and results- driven Software Business Development. This role involves e- commerce services and solutions, strategic planning, market research, client relationship management, and driving sales growth.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate e- commerce solutions.
Utilize market network to generate leads and convert them into sales.
Keep abreast of market trends and product knowledge
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients while exploring new opportunities.
Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the e- commerce domain.
Work closely with the technical team to ensure the proposed solutions meet clients’ requirements.

Yêu cầu công việc

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong understanding of e- commerce platforms like Magento and Salesforce Commerce Cloud.
Fluent in Vietnamese and proficient in English.
Familiarity with OMS, PIM, WMS, RPA, and BI tools.
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the e- commerce or related field.
