You will lead or play an important part in growing the capability of these platforms, making recommendations for future upgrades in line with the Five Group’s architecture principles and technology roadmap, as well as designing and implementing changes to the platforms.
This role also participates in monitoring, managing, and maintaining both the Five Group’s Dynamics platform and the in- house systems. It serves as the technical subject matter expert for both Dynamics and .Net within the Five Group and its subsidiaries.
The role requires working both autonomously and within a geographically dispersed team to deliver IT services improvements in line with the Five Group’s technology roadmap.
Structerre is a member of Five Group. The IT Developer at the Five Group contributes to the development and implementation of updates/enhancements to both the Five Group’s Dynamics platform (including PowerApps business applications built on top of Dynamics) and various in- house built systems (including Structerre client portal and business tools). This role maintains related technologies that integrate with or otherwise rely on both Dynamics and these in- house systems.
•Work within structured project management, development management and service delivery frameworks to meet agreed deadlines.
•Implement changes outside of business hours.
•Work with system architect and IT Developers to design and deliver effective solutions.
•Demonstrate a clear understanding of stated requirements and provide appropriate solutions.
•Make recommendations for future upgrades.
•Provide third level response to IT support tickets via prescribed support channels.
•Maintain internal documentation.
•Maintain and enhance existing solutions to uphold and improve system functionality.
•Continually strive to improve your IT knowledge & experience.
•Work with system monitoring team to resolve escalated issues.
•Engage and collaborate with other staff and vendors on a day- to- day basis with respect to system issues and changes.
•Perform other duties as required.
•Maintain, support, upgrade and evolve both the Dynamics 365 Platform and PowerApps applications (job management applications), and the Structerre client portal and business tools, along with their associated integrations.

Essential
•Demonstrated teamwork skills.
•Personal organization skills and ability to meet deadlines.
•Experience using JavaScript, JSON, C, .NET, Azure, ASP.NET, Microsoft 365, Power BI.
•A strong customer focus.
•Previous experience designing and implementing Microsoft’s Power Platform solutions.
•Understanding and experience of industry best practice delivery systems (e.g. DevOps, CI/CD)
•Demonstrated adaptability and commitment to growth and learning.
•Excellent face- to- face and written communication skills.
•Previous experience administering and managing the Dynamics and Azure platform.
•Experience with GIT repositories.
•Demonstrated problem- solving skills.
•Relevant IT qualification or 2- 3 years’ experience in a similar position.
Desirable
•Certification: Microsoft Certified Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
•An understanding of ITIL concepts.
•Certification: Microsoft Certified Power Platform Developer Associate.
•Experience using PHP, Angular
•Experience with Atlassian products.
•Experience using Microsoft365, Power BI.
