JOB SUMMARY:
- Lead conception, scope definition, and execution of various types of strategic and operational business transformation initiatives, ranging from Corporate and Operational Strategy to Process Improvement.
- Act as an effective change agent utilizing proper stakeholder analysis and change management techniques
- Provide proactive and engaged leadership on key projects designed to increase revenue, reduce expenses, enhance business efficiency, and improve customer experience
WORKING RELATIONSHIPS:
- PURPOSES: Influence, support, collaborate, and align on Function Digital Strategy and Roadmap, Ensure delivery of the projects.
- PURPOSES: Bridging the Business needs with the Digital Solution provider when working with Technical teams in order to get project deployed on time with highest satisfaction from Business partners
- EXTERNAL INTERACTION: To closely work with external or cross- countries Digital Solution Providers i.e. eBest, inSigma, Bringg etc. during solution development phase and implementation phases
- INTERNAL INTERACTION: To all functions, Leadership Team, Group IT as well as business partnering team for projects related to Digital solutions delivery roadmap as per digital strategy
KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prioritized Responsibilities
Digital Solutions delivery and Planning for all functions (10%)
- Ensure Digital Transformation Plan in place for each function that aligns with Function Digital Strategy
- Co- Operate with function partners to design Function Digital Strategy and align with Company digital startegy roadmap
- Mobilise resource to support the implementation plan
- Define roadmap, milestone and align with Function Digital plan deployment priorities
Digital Operational Execution (30%)
- Communicate across key stakeholders and monitor execution progress to ensure delivery against business transformation objectives
- Manage multi- Digital projects and initiatives across countries and functions successfully deployed as planned
- Collaborate, influence and partner with Function to make sure transformation agenda executed to create the value
Innovation & Best Practice Sharing (15%)
- Evaluate and Scale up fast to mass scale deployment for creating value to business transformation
- Test & Learn the new Digital Business Transfomation Initiatives or Global/Region Best Practices
- Participate and drive for forums for collaborations across Indochina and Functions to leverage best practices sharing
Business Process Improvement (15%)
- Grasp the business needs and issues, continuously evaluate the current process to identify the gap
- Perform root cause analysis, identify and define areas for improvement of business processes across all functions
- Propose and drive solution to minimize complexities, optimise and improve business needed for creating value
Change Management (20%)
- Identify key stakeholders across function and form up change management plan
- Define business case for change and act as a change agent to influence- Function Leadership to implement change agenda
- Collaborate, partner, and communicate change plan implementation to all related functions/teams
INNOVATION: Key responsibility of this Job is to drive innovation and initiatives for change to improve business process and transformation
ANALYSIS: Operational/Strategic Issues could be improved by applying Digital Solution and Transformative Business Process Changes
