Middle UI/UX Designer

OVERVIEW:
A Designer will collaborate with other designers, product managers, developers, and stakeholders to understand user requirements and project goals. You will participate in brainstorming sessions and propose ideas based on the brief. This role also ensures that visual creation incorporates successful branding perspectives and strategies.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Contribute to defining and improving design systems, working processes and product vision.
Work closely with the Design lead and Product managers to understand the business, user and project goals (Also to ensure great user experience across the products)
Create a visual graphic to adapt to the website and product.
Conduct research, empathizing with the users to target the right problems. (Depending on each project)
Keep updated with new trends and best design practices and share knowledge with colleagues.
Created and communicated user flows, wireframes, component and UI designs with aesthetics and visual consistency throughout Saigon Digital projects.

JOB REQUIREMENT
Background: A Bachelor&039;s degree or higher in the field of Design or a related field.
Experience:

Working knowledge of the following technologies and software: Figma, XD, Sketch and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator)
At least 2- 3 years of UX/UI design experience for digital products or related services.
Have knowledge of HTML/CSS
Plus point: Have graphic design skills as base and understanding of branding/concept.
A strong portfolio which showcases your strengths in UI/UX design
Are user- oriented and result- oriented

Knowledge

A team player but can work independently too.
Familiarity with all facets of UI design, such as information architecture, interaction design, and visual design.
Sketching or Conceptualization skills with the ability to explain the strategy behind the design
Multi- tasking and time- management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Sharp eye for layout design and awareness of design trends
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Have good design thinking and research ability
Strong understanding of graphic design, typography, and layout.

Language:
Vietnamese and English
