- Information Technology Strategy:
Develop and implement an information technology strategy that aligns with the company&039;s business production strategy, including subsidiary units.
Identify opportunities for innovation and digital transformation to enhance customer experience, operational efficiency, and competitive advantage.
- IT Infrastructure and Operations:
Establish and enforce IT policies, procedures, and standards to maintain compliance with regulatory requirements.
Oversee the design, implementation, operation, and maintenance of IT infrastructure, including network infrastructure, server systems, and data centers.
Supervise the management of the company&039;s IT equipment and subsidiary units.
Ensure the reliability, availability, and performance of all IT systems and applications, minimizing downtime and disruptions.
- Information Security and Risk Management:
Stay updated on new information security trends and proactively apply information safety measures to protect the entire IT system.
Implement and maintain security measures to protect the company’s information assets.
Conduct regular risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies to address security vulnerabilities and potential threats.
- Innovation and Digital Transformation:
Lead in evaluating and selecting technologies to support the company’s digital transformation initiatives.
Continuously improve the IT department, encouraging creativity and collaboration.
Oversee and manage the implementation of IT solutions.
Promote the development and application of innovative digital solutions to optimize operational activities, contributing to enhanced business efficiency.
- Leadership and Team Management:
Build strong relationships with internal departments and external partners to ensure coordination and collaboration across departments.
Set performance criteria, delegate tasks, and evaluate the work of IT department members.
Lead the IT department, inspire, and motivate team members to achieve excellence.
Build, develop, and train the IT team, encourage talent development, and foster a culture of learning and growth.
