IT Helpdesk (Fresher Welcome)

We are looking for an
IT Helpdesk
for our IT Department to support all IT- related matters of the company. The ideal candidate must take ownership of their area and have a clear customer focus, exceptional communication and people skills, and solid technical abilities. The candidate shall be able to explain technical concepts to non- technical persons and be a self- starter with a collaborative spirit.

Performing IT equipment and software installations and upgrades. Ensuring the smooth deployment of new applications and services.
Network and system management: operating, maintaining, and monitoring the entire IT infrastructure network and system (G- Suite, MS Office 365, DC/AD/DNS/DHCP, File/FTP servers, workstation, backup solutions, networks, routers, internet connection, PABX system, CCTV...)
Providing IT training and support to staff in all offices.
Maintaining accurate and up- to- date IT documentation and procedures.
Ensuring IT and security procedures are followed and kept confidential.

Performing other IT- related duties as assigned.

Diploma/Bachelor’s Degree in System and Computer Networks, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other related .
New graduates and candidates with below 1 year of experience are welcome to apply.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Age: under 30
Good organization, problem- solving, planning, and time management skills.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Ability to work in a fast- paced international environment and cope with large- scale business .
