IT Helpdesk (JLPT N2+)

Asset management support for end users
Working time : 7:00- 16:00 (On leave as Japanese Holiday)
Working on the customer&039;s Tanium and IT Asset Eye system for Helpdesk
Administration, support, and configuration of the system for user follow the available guideline
Receive and respond for the inquiries from user via phone call and tools (Jira Service Desk)
Provide advice, guidance, solution to users to solve the issue.

Be able to understand the inquiries from user
Able to react effectively and calmly in emergencies
College graduated or higher
Experience using Office 365 (Outlook, Microsoft Teams,..)
Basic knowledge of Asset management is plus
Good in Japanese (JLPT N2+)
Experience in related computer applications
At least 1+ years experience working as a helpdesk position

13th- month salary and regular bonus packages: Performance bonus every 3 months, holiday bonuses on April 30th and September 2nd based on seniority.
