IT Helpdesk (Junior)

Manage and maintain office equipment including PCs, laptops, printers, copiers, scanners, VoIP equipment, and cameras.
Provide help desk service and general IT support to all users in the office.
Perform IT support operations.
Manage IT assets & maintain IT equipment and repair it when possible.
Perform related tasks as assigned.
Install and configure computer hardware, operating system (Windows, Linux, and MacOS), and new applications.

High responsibility for confidential matters/reports.
Good Microsoft office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, ...).
Having CCNA, MCSA, and other IT certifications is an advantage.
Graduated from College of Information Technology or higher.
Good knowledge of Network (LAN/WAN), Microsoft 365 (Microsoft Office Online, One Drive, Sharepoint, Teams), Backup data, Virus protection.
Experience working with network devices such as switch, IP Phone, laptop, PC, access point.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem- solving, adaptive, meticulous, creative, and dynamic skills
