SCOPE OF WORK

Technical support

Quickly isolate and trouble- shoot any network, resolve hardware and software issues effectively.
Install OS and configuring all infrastructure (application servers, routers, switch, PCs, Laptops, Printers, etc.)
Assist in IT infrastructure / network/ server project.
In charge of security of all systems especially internal data storage, manage back up data.

System maintenance

Monitor existing network, PABX and servers and provide performance report and suggestion
Ensure IT systems operate smoothly (servers, networks, end- user devices,...)

Service Provider Management

Other tasks assigned by Manager
Collaborate with external service providers, overseeing service contracts.

REQUIREMENTS

Well- organizing and time management skills
Major in network and computer
Be able to complete tasks under high pressure
Be self- motivated, willing to learn new things and take over new tasks from time to time
Have experience at least 1- 3 years in IT System Management or IT Support
Be fluent in English communication: Able to explain technical problems in a simple way
Working in multi- national company will be a plus
