IT Manager

Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time: Cost- effective solutions need to be proposed
Handle annual budget and ensure cost effectiveness: Long- term plan to stabilize the Infrastructure
Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems: To monitor and secure the data of company. To follow the Personal Data Protection Decree
Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures: To maintain the corporate operational environment and align with HQ instructions
Preserve assets, information security and control structures: Compliance- oriented management for the team and support users
Manage Company’s infrastructure and computers for the users: To maintain and stabilize the company IT environment
Audit systems and assess their outcomes (Preventive maintenance is expected to proceed)
Other tasks assigned by the Department Manager
Manage IT staff by recruiting, training and coaching employees, communicating job expectations and appraising their performance: To develop a plan to strengthen the IT team and each engineer’s capabilities
Act in alignment with user needs and system functionality to contribute to organizational policy: As an IT Manager, proper solution needs to be implemented

English communication
Ability to think logically and manage personnel
Bachelor&039;s or Master&039;s degree
MS Office for documentation
Hands- on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and computer hardware/software systems
Proven working experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience
Strong infrastructure knowledge:

+ Server management
+ Virtualization
+ Network and firewall configuration
+ Security oriented mindset

Can work under high pressure and have a self- educating capacity
