Job’s objectives:
To manage function of management IT of company as international manufacturer of in-door Furniture. Suport IT for a retail office and contruction projects.
Key responsibilities:
IT hardware:
- Responsible for implementing and implementing the effectiveness of the IT Infrastructure, Email Server, Cloud Server
- Windows Server administration for mission-critical systems, including Active Directory management (GPOs/group management/permissions), DNS, DHCP
- Responsible for installing and troubleshooting Windows based applications such as SQL Server/Web Servers/Middleware/File share applications
- Update and file IT policy, guidelines and technical manuals, ensure company employees' acknowledgment of these standards, orient newcomers and guests on IT Policy for security commitment.
- Configure and troubleshoot firewalls, switches, access points, and VPNs
- Conducts cost/benefit analyses; conducts technical research and prepares and presents reports on findings; analyses network equipment and software and makes recommendations; evaluates, acquires, and coordinates computer hardware upgrades/installations.
Software development:
- Responsible for implementing and ensuring the effectiveness of the Exact Globe ERP system
- Develop & implement a plan to develop information technology application solutions Epro system (a customize ERP system using .Net framework)
- Designs and develops data conversion processes using industry standard methodologies to extract, transform, and load data from source to target databases for use in reporting or conversions; prepares test data and verifies system test results; analyses and resolves system problems; consults with users, project team members (both technical and functional) on questions or problems.
- Develops and maintains reports created against departmental databases using a variety of methods.
- Creates and maintains detailed documentation of systems for production support.
Software Implementation
- Deploying business management software FAST ERP including Accounting, Human Resources, Purchasing, Sales...
- Support to migrate data from MISA AMIS to FAST ERP system
- Re-train employees to use business management software and business processes.
- Develop and re-built solutions on Smartsheet system, templates, and custom solutions for construction, including owners, contractors, and real estate

- Internal : Focus on Planing, Purchasing, Accounting, Inventory. All departments
- External: Auditors
