IT Manager (Shuttle Bus For Employee)

• Responsible for overseeing and managing all information and communication technology (ICT) operations across the Asia- Pacific region
• Oversee the day- to- day ICT operations, including infrastructure, networks, systems, and applications.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior management, to understand business requirements and translate them into ICT solutions.
• Oversee the implementation and maintenance of ICT governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
• Evaluate, select, and manage third- party vendors, ensuring their adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and quality standards.
• Manage a team of ICT professionals, providing leadership, guidance, and support to ensure high performance and productivity.
• Develop and implement the ICT strategy aligned with Piaggio&039;s overall business objectives for the APAC region.
• Develop and manage the ICT budget, ensuring cost- effectiveness and optimal resource allocation.
• Implement and maintain robust cybersecurity measures to protect Piaggio&039;s data and systems.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to proactively identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
• Provide technical expertise and support for major projects and initiatives, ensuring successful delivery within specified timelines and budgets.

• Experience in managing a team of ICT professionals and driving performance and results.
• Strong knowledge of ICT infrastructure, networks, systems, and applications.
• Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successful implementation of ICT projects.
• Ability to adapt to a fast- paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Proven experience (minimum 8- 10 years) in managing ICT operations, preferably in a multinational company with a focus on the APAC region.
• Strong analytical and problem- solving skills, with the ability to think strategically and proactively.
• Sound understanding of cybersecurity best practices and ability to implement robust security measures.
• Bachelor&039;s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master&039;s degree is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
