In this role, you will serve as a technical expert responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and resolving system and network incidents. You will also act as a key coordination point between our supervision team and technical teams in France and Morocco.

Your key responsibilities:
Supervision/Monitoring Infrastructure:
Follow up procedures and propose improvements if needed.
Manage all incidents: Analyze, evaluate, and escalate issues according to incident management process.
Active supervision of the infrastructure and network of the company

Coordinate and support for IT Systems Manager:
Ensure all assigned tasks are professionally undertaken and quality of Monitoring deliverable
Follow up the direction of manager about the company’s strategic, development, and future growth for Supervision team.
Manage and coach team members.
Review reports, service improvements, service quality, document quality and processes.
Manage critical incidents, associated to user communication, activities, and any appropriate escalations according to predefined process.
Build services relationship with other entities of the groups and contribute to reach KPI for product line.
Build team capabilities to provide critical thinking.
OUR REQUIREMENTS:
Mandatory:
Advanced French and English proficiency (both written and spoken).
Strong technical background in System, Network, and Infrastructure Monitoring.
Hands- on experience with Microsoft System solutions.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar System/Network/Monitoring role.
Highly desirable:
Knowledge of DR (Disaster Recovery), load balancing, and clustering.
Familiarity with backup and storage solutions.
Experience with Centreon Cloud monitoring solutions.
Experience with VMware, Citrix, SCCM/SCOM.
