IT Officer (M3 System)

Purpose of Job:Meet deadlines on all projects and on time support to all users

Main Duties:

- Implement new system processes

- Monitoring and maintaining systems process

- Responding in a timely manner on issues and requests

- Providing system support across the company (this may be in person or over the phone)

- Setting up system accounts for new users

- Repairing and troubleshooting system users error as necessary

- Testing systems new processes

- Possibly training more junior staff members
