IT/OT System Management.
Workplace Support:
• Support of configuration/installation/ maintenance /troubleshooting including hardware & software for PC, laptops, servers, printers, photocopiers, DCS work stations, CCTV, Access Control devices, LAN&WAN networking devices, others to ensure that all equipment is in good working order.
• Manage the lifecycle of all IT/OT equipment.
• Coordinate with GLAS Team to ensure that all application (PEPI, OCS, ME2…) are in good working order.
• Work with local IT/OT vendors to fix hardware/software issue on all IT/OT equipment.
• Improve the company&039;s IT/OT structure and systems to align with company- wide goals.
• Support for OS installation and reconfigurations for new/current (PC, laptops, work stations).
• Renew license of application: Autodesk, MacAfee, others….
• Google & Okta support (raise request to GLAS team to create new google account for new joiner, mover and suspend account for leaver)
Network/Server Support:
• Administrative windows AD server (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, File Storage, Print Service, deploy group policy, assign and monitor user’s permission.
• Ensure connectivity is stable;
• Creation and maintenance of Active Directory, Shared Folder structure and backups or restores.
• Monitor, maintain and manage all IT/OT servers to keep them running properly
• Support of troubleshooting & repair for network connectivity issues;
• Coordinate with Global/BU IT team for configuration and management of existing and new network equipment, new and existing servers.
Information & Data Security
• Ensure that access permission to IT/OT equipment be controlled properly.
• Ensure that backup data or other are safely stored off- site in a timely manner, such as bank safes, etc
• Manage the IT/OT system compliance with corporate information security policies and framework.
• Coordinate with Global Security team to fix any related security issues
• Ensure that all servers & clients, OT work satations are protected by the latest anti- virus software update and windows update.
• Ensure that the server&039;s files and data of IT/OT system are successfully backed up
Corporate Governance and Project Management
• Provide consultancy for new and existing policies and guidelines
• Support Global IT and BU IT execute Capex project every year.
• Conduct briefings and training for staff where necessary
• Plan and propose implementation need and requirements
• Undertake project management and regional initiatives
• IT/OT CAPEX, OPEX yearly budgeting, planning and executing.
SHEQ
• Ensure all IT/OT works are performed in accordance with SHEQ requirements
• Enforce strict safety guidelines and company standards/regulations/VF;
• Understand proper emergency response planning and adapt site safety systems
• Ensure work areas are kept clean and hygienic
Teamwork
• Members of the accident response team handle emergencies relating to IT/OT system in a timely manner;
• Actively assist maintenance team to perform the planning, scheduling, closing maintenance works on CMMS and simple inspections at field.
Others
• Support MTN Engineer to plan/schedule/close all work orders on ME2 system.
• Perform other duties assigned by his/her manager
