JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify and engage potential candidates.
Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruiting strategies to attract qualified IT professionals for various roles, including software developers, system analysts, and network engineers.
Reporting: Track and report on recruitment metrics, including time- to- fill, source of hire, and candidate quality, to evaluate and improve recruitment processes.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and HRBP team members to understand hiring needs and provide guidance on candidate selection and offer negotiation.
Candidate Experience: Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to offer acceptance.
Screening and Evaluation: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and assess candidates&039; technical skills and cultural fit for the organization.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a seamless process for both parties.
Market Research: Stay up- to- date with industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices to ensure competitive and effective recruiting practices.

SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

Experience with recruitment platforms
Experience recruiting for a wide range of IT positions
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage with candidates and stakeholders effectively
Minimum of 2- 3 years of experience in IT recruitment
Proven success in managing end- to- end recruitment processes
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills, with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make informed decisions.
Demonstrated expertise in using advanced sourcing techniques and tools to find and attract top IT talent
