ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Present the company’s innovative Web- Super- APP solution, showcasing industry- specific benefits and value propositions to prospects.
• Collaborate closely with marketing to execute successful lead generation campaigns and provide feedback on market insights.
• Leverage market and industry knowledge to understand customer pain points and tailor outreach strategies accordingly.
• Qualify leads based on defined criteria, ensuring alignment with the sales team&039;s objectives, and schedule appointments.
• Consistently achieve or exceed individual and team sales targets and KPIs.
• Build and continuously expand a database of high- quality sales leads through research, networking, and analysis of market trends.
• Foster relationships with prospects through consultative engagement, addressing their needs and ensuring a positive pre- sales experience.
• Maintain detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions using CRM and sales enablement tools.
• Secure meetings and product demonstrations with key decision- makers at B2B companies, positioning the company as a solution to their business challenges.
• Conduct targeted outbound outreach through calls, emails, and LinkedIn messages to identify and engage potential customers within the SaaS space.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify high- potential leads and track industry trends.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently while also contributing effectively to a team.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and other sales tools to manage pipelines and track progress.
• Customer- centric approach with a proven track record of building strong relationships with prospects.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics, industry trends, and customer needs in the technology sector.
• Results- driven, with a passion for achieving goals and a motivation for commission- based compensation.
• 1- 2 years of proven experience in a sales development or inside sales role, preferably in the SaaS industry.
Preferred Qualifications
• Bachelor&039;s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• Experience selling to small and medium- sized enterprises (SMEs) in the SaaS space.
• Familiarity with the Vietnamese market and business landscape.
