IT Security

• We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an IT Security. In this role, you will provide technical support and assistance to ensure the smooth operation of our company's IT systems and infrastructure. You are responsible in focusing on keeping our organization’s data and systems secure.


• You will have a chance to join and build IT process applied to company-wide with over 100 headcounts following SOC 2 certification.

• Lead the SOC 2 certification project from inception to completion.


• Conduct a readiness assessment to identify gaps and areas for improvement.


• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and controls to meet SOC 2 requirements.


• Deploying security measures and solutions to safeguard the business from security risks and adhere to SOC 2 standards.


• Assist in maintaining, monitoring, and upgrading the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, backup, network devices, firewall and peripherals.


• Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights, mailbox.


• Assist in the procurement and inventory management of IT equipment and supplies.


• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system backups, patch management, and software updates.


• Conduct regular security risk assessments and vulnerability assessments.


• Determine security violations and inefficiencies by conducting periodic audits.


• Identify and solve potential and actual security problems.


• Assess the current situation, evaluating trends and anticipating security requirements


• Keep users informed by preparing performance reports, communicating system status.


• Document IT processes, procedures, and configurations.


• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments relevant to the company's IT environment.


• Provide training and support to end users on basic IT tasks and applications.


• Develop and deliver security awareness/ orientation training programs for employees.


• Monitor, evaluation and provide advice to company BOD about IT infrastructure & process.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.


• At least 2 years of experience in IT


• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Security Stack such as Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, Microsoft Defender for Identity, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Microsoft Defender for Cloud, Cloud App


• Strong knowledge of OS, Computer patching compliance, LAN, WAN, Virtual Private Network (Client to site & Site to Site), Firewall, Anti-Virus solution and End-Users support.


• Experienced in developing and applying Microsoft Defender Suite, Azure Security, Microsoft 365 Security, WDATP, Identity and Access Management (Entra ID). Pureview and MDM intune


• Hands-on experience analyzing high volumes of logs, network data and other attack artifacts.


• Experience with vulnerability scanning solutions and apply the remediation solution to fix.


• Proficiency with antivirus and security software


• Familiarity with network technologies, including routers, switches, and firewalls.


• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.


• Able to communicate effectively in English and the ability to communicate complex technical issues to clients.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
