IT Security/ IT Admin

• We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an IT Security. In this role, you will provide technical support and assistance to ensure the smooth operation of our company's IT systems and infrastructure. You are responsible in focusing on keeping our organization’s data and systems secure.


• You will have a chance to join and build IT process applied to company-wide with over 100 headcounts following SOC 2 certification.

• Provide technical support to end users, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues, resolving network connectivity problems, and assisting with software installations and upgrades.


• Assist in maintaining and monitoring the company's IT infrastructure, including servers, network devices, and peripherals.


• Assist in managing user accounts, permissions, and access rights.


• Assist in the procurement and inventory management of IT equipment and supplies.


• Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as system backups, patch management, and software updates.


• Determine security violations and inefficiencies by conducting periodic audits


• Upgrade our network and infrastructure systems 


• Implement and maintain security controls


• Identify and solve potential and actual security problems


• Assess the current situation, evaluating trends and anticipating security requirements


• Keep users informed by preparing performance reports; communicating system status


• Document IT processes, procedures, and configurations.


• Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and developments relevant to the company's IT environment.


• Provide training and support to end users on basic IT tasks and applications.


• Montior, evaluation and provide advice to company BOD about IT infrastructure & process.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.


• At least 2 years of experience in IT


• Strong knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems, and software applications, Local-Area-Networking, Wide-AreaNetworking, Virtual Private Network, Firewall, Anti-Virus solution and PC support


• Experienced in developing and applying Microsoft 365 Azure Directory, Microsoft intune, puueview, endpoint security


• Hands-on experience analyzing high volumes of logs, network data and other attack artifacts


• Experience with vulnerability scanning solutions


• Proficiency with antivirus and security software


• Familiarity with network technologies, including routers, switches, and firewalls.


• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.


• Able to communicate effectively in English and the ability to communicate complex technical issues to clients.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
