We are seeking a
Senior IT Infrastructure & Security
to oversee and enhance our IT infrastructure with a strong emphasis on
cybersecurity
. This role also involves supporting basic
DevOps practices
to streamline IT operations. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in security practices and protocols, cloud environments (especially
AWS
), and IT infrastructure, with internationally recognized security certifications.
IT Infrastructure Management
Plan, manage server and network resource allocation strategically, anticipating growth and ensuring scalability, performance, and cost- efficiency.
Design, deploy, and maintain a scalable and reliable IT infrastructure, both on- premise and in the cloud (AWS), ensure high availability, performance optimization, and routine backups.
Administer and monitor servers, networks, storages and virtualization platforms such as VMware and Hyper- V.
Security Management
Implement and maintain robust security practices, including endpoint protection, firewalls, and intrusion detection systems (IDS/IPS).
Manage incident response, including conducting post- incident analyses, maintaining logs for forensic investigations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Stay updated on the latest security threats and vulnerabilities, proactively apply preventive measures or propose solutions to mitigate risks.
Develop and enforce security policies and procedures, conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability scans, and penetration tests.
Cloud Management (AWS)
Automate infrastructure tasks using AWS tools (e.g., CloudFormation, Terraform).
Optimize AWS cost, performance, and resource allocation.
Develop and enforce cloud security best practices, including identity management and network segmentation.
Basic DevOps
Monitor and troubleshoot application and system performance using logging and monitoring tools like ELK Stack, Grafana, or Prometheus.
Collaborate with development teams to configure and manage CI/CD pipelines, automate deployments and streamline workflows, ensure secure and scalable application deployments.
Implement Infrastructure- as- Code (IaC) for system automation and scalability using tools like Terraform or Ansible.
Documentation
Maintain detailed technical documentation for infrastructure and security policies.
