It Service Management Sales Consultant

Are you a dynamic and experienced sales professional with a passion for IT Service Management (ITSM)? We&039;re seeking a results- driven Enterprise Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you&039;ll be responsible for selling our cutting- edge ITSM Services to enterprise clients.

• Present and demonstrate ITSM solutions to clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Develop and execute effective sales strategies.
• Create sales pitches and presentations.
• Identify and target potential enterprise clients.
• Close deals and achieve sales targets.
• Driving both business and technical conversations, addressed by our products including key
regulations, business drivers, evolving business needs, etc.
• Respond to RFPs and RFIs.

• ISO 20000 Foundation, ITIL Foundation (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of successful sales experience in the following domains (IT Service
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Administration equivalent.
Management, IT Asset Management, Unified Endpoint Management, IAM, PAM).
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record in enterprise sales.
• Self- motivated and target oriented.
• Experience of implementing ITSM solutions
