We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated ITSM Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM) and will be responsible for providing technical expertise throughout the ITSM consulting process.
The candidate must possess excellent communication skills in English and be adept at effectively presenting slides and solutions to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical ITSM Consultant Support:
Develop and present proof- of- concept (PoC) and pilot projects to demonstrate the value of ITSM solutions.
Lead the implementation of ITSM solutions for clients, ensuring successful deployment and seamless integration.
Prepare and deliver high- quality presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide tailored ITSM solutions.
Customer Engagement:
Act as a technical advisor and provide guidance on ITSM best practices and solutions.
Engage with customers to gather technical requirements and understand their business processes.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing any concerns, and providing ongoing technical support throughout the sales process.
Solution Design:
Design and document solution architectures, workflows, and integration strategies for ITSM implementations.
Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to create customized ITSM solutions that meet customer needs.
Communication and Presentation:
Prepare and present technical documentation, proposals, and slide decks in English.
Conduct workshops, webinars, and training sessions for customers, showcasing ITSM solutions and capabilities.
Sales Support:
Assist the sales team in responding to RFPs and RFIs, providing detailed technical input and solutions.
Support the creation of sales materials, including case studies, whitepapers, and solution briefs.
Your Skills and Experience
Willingness to travel as required.
Proven experience in designing and delivering impactful presentations and demonstrations to customers in English.
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM tools (e.g., Freshdesk, ManageEngine, GLPI, CMDBuild Ready2Use, etc.).
Strong problem- solving skills and ability to think critically.
Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
A minimum of 3- 5 years of direct experience in ITSM consulting, pre- sales, ITSM implementation.
Bachelor&039;s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
