IT Specialist GSuite

Purpose of the role
Deliveree is a fast- moving, rapidly growing, and very successful logistics technology
company that is changing the cargo and trucking industry in Indonesia, Thailand, and
the Philippines to reduce waste, grow the economy, create jobs, and make the logistics
industry more competitive.
Resourcefulness is a necessary skill in this role. You should be able to diagnose and
resolve problems quickly. You should also have the patience to communicate with a
variety of interdisciplinary teams and users.

What will you do?

Google Workspace Administration

Collaborate with other technical and functional teams to document and support business rules, system operating procedures that pertain to the Google platform.
Escalate support issues to Google Support, follow up and resolve them on time.
Administer, manage and maintain the Google Workspace (500+ users)

Technical Support and system management

Regional Collaboration: Act as a key member of the global IT team, collaborating closely with worldwide IT staff and providing remote technical support to Thai users, including occasional travel as needed.
Infrastructure management: Manage and maintain the local network infrastructure (LAN/WAN, Firewall), server hardware, and core technology tools within the Vietnam office
Diagnosis & Troubleshooting: Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Incident management: Proactively monitor, manage, and resolve all incoming user support requests utilizing the Jira Service Management (IT ticket) system followed by SLA ticket

Other Duties

Maintenance and integrity: Perform routine maintenance tasks, including backups, weekly backup and updates.
IT Knowledge management: Ensure the IT knowledge base (Jira confluence) remains a reliable and up- to- date reference.
Asset Management: Maintain IT assets including software applications and hardware, and licensing to ensure conformance.
User access control: Minimize security risks and control over user access during the onboarding and offboarding processes

Any other tasks assigned by the company from time to time

Must have:
● Minimum 2- 3 years of proven experience as a IT specialist, System Administrator,
Network Administrator or similar role
● 2+ years experience as a Google workspace Administrator; certification preferred

Professional Collaboration Engineer is a huge plus
Familiarity with various operating systems and platforms
Good communication and written English
Experience with network monitoring, incident management tool and endpoint security software is a plus.
Install/troubleshoot computers, printers, wireless or other network connections and applications.
Resourcefulness and problem- solving aptitude
Experience with databases, networks (Firewall, LAN, WAN) and patch management
Knowledge of system security (e.g. intrusion detection systems) and data backup/recovery
Manage the entire purchase of inventory related to hardware, software and other IT supplies.
Familiar with IT Ticket system, experience with Jira platform is a plus
