IT Support

Weekly Tasks:

Check the network system, Wi- Fi, time attendance machines, cameras, printers, and other devices.

Daily Tasks:

Assist in setting up computers for new employees.
Configure shared devices (TVs, projectors, speakers, etc.) to ensure they function accurately and continuously.
Coordinate with suppliers for repairs, upgrades, and maintenance of computers and office equipment.
Monitor the network system to ensure smooth and uninterrupted communication.
Manage Wi- Fi access (approve registrations, grant/revoke access).

DevOps

Learning and support DevOps tasks.

Experience in troubleshooting computer issues, hardware, and software compatibility with different operating systems.
In- depth knowledge of network technology, OSI model, TCP/IP, IPv6, IP address management, WAN optimization, and access control.
Experience working with infrastructure supporting over 100 users.
Proficient in using computers, tablets, MS Office, and Windows operating systems. Candidates with good knowledge of MacOS and Linux are preferred.
