We are looking for a detail- oriented and proactive IT Support Specialist with hands- on experience in Microsoft 365 to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to end- users, maintaining IT systems, and ensuring the smooth operation of Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and related security configurations.
Responsibilities:
Document technical issues and solutions in the knowledge base.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Microsoft 365 applications and services.
Configure and manage Exchange Online mailboxes, distribution groups, shared mailboxes, etc.
Provide first- line and second- line technical support to internal users via email, phone, or in- person.
Ensure compliance with IT policies and security best practices.
Administer Microsoft 365 accounts, licenses, user setups, and access rights via the Microsoft 365 Admin Center.
Monitor system performance, security, and backups.
Assist in onboarding/offboarding employees from a technical standpoint (email setup, access management, hardware/software preparation).
Support and maintain Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint environments.
Coordinate with external vendors and escalate issues when necessary.
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in an IT support role.
Good interpersonal and communication skills in English.
Familiarity with endpoint protection and basic network troubleshooting.
Solid hands- on experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint).
Experience with Active Directory and Azure Active Directory is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Strong problem- solving skills and attention to detail.
Knowledge of Windows OS (Windows 10/11), Microsoft Office applications, and remote support tools.
