IT Support / Helpdesk

As a member of SmartDev LLC, the IT Support is considered a desktop support expert responsible for computer hardware, software, networking and peripherals. IT Support acts as the first point of escalation for the resolution of desktop or laptop related incidents, service requests, and connectivity issues.
Key Responsibilities:

Support onboard and exit process
Maintenance Wired network and Wireless
Resolves and closes incidents/service requests as per help desk procedures
Conducts hardware, software maintenance and support
Inventory & purchasing IT devices/ tools
To monitor, manage and maintain servers, data backup system schedules

Qualifications

Good understanding of virtualization platforms (Xen, KVM, Vmware,..)
Have knowledge of Linux, Windows
Good knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, routing, firewall device
Good command of English is essential
Ability to write technical support documentation

Nice to have

Certifications of CCNA, MCSA
Azure Administrator
Office365 Administrator

Preferred:

Good at interpersonal communication skills
Understanding of customer satisfaction principles and practices
Proactive and able to solve problem efficiently
Ability to work under pressure
Willingness to work flexible hours when needed
