IT Support System Admin Specialist

We are looking for a detail- oriented and proactive IT Support & Systems Improvement Specialist to join our team. This role combines daily IT support with initiatives to optimize internal workflows through technology.
Key Responsibilities
IT Support & System Maintenance
• Provide guidance and basic IT training to employees when needed
• Respond to helpdesk requests and resolve hardware/software/network issues
• Ensure security compliance with company policies
• Monitor and maintain computer systems and networks
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, systems, and servers
Process Improvement & Automation
• Familiar with Microsoft 365 (Sharepoint, Power Automate, Power Apps,…) to streamline processes and automate routine tasks
• Work closely with various departments to understand their operational challenges and propose IT- driven solutions
• Identify opportunities to improve internal workflows and enhance operational efficiency
Documentation, Asset Tracking & GA Support
• Assist in creating internal IT documentation and user manuals
• Provide general assistance to GA team for minor tasks related to office operations and IT coordination
• Maintain up- to- date records of IT assets and support activities

Education & General
• Bachelor&039;s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred)
• Age: 25–36
Technical Skills
• Experience in IT support or system administration in business environments
• Familiar with Microsoft 365
• Ability to analyze and improve workflows using technology
• Experience: minimum 3 years of related work experience required
• Strong troubleshooting skills (hardware, software, network)
Communication & Mindset
• Collaborative and eager to improve how things work
• Good English communication skills (written & spoken)
• Proactive, independent, and solution- oriented

• Annual leaves: 12 days according to Labor law
