🎯 About the Role
We are seeking an experienced IT System Specialist with strong ERP- Manufacturing expertise to support, optimize, and enhance our core business systems within a manufacturing environment. This role will act as the key liaison between IT and production, ensuring seamless system performance across operations such as inventory, procurement, production planning, quality, and finance.
⚙️ Key Responsibilities

Coordinate with external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure reliable system performance.
Administer, configure, and maintain the company’s ERP system to support manufacturing processes.
Monitor system performance, perform data audits, and drive process automation and improvements.
Troubleshoot and resolve ERP/application- related incidents and service requests in a timely manner.
Collaborate with Production, Supply Chain, Finance, HR and QA teams to analyze business requirements and translate them into ERP solutions.
Integrate ERP with manufacturing equipment, MES, WMS, or other 3rd- party systems when needed.
Perform other tasks as assigned by the General Manager and CEO.
Develop and maintain system documentation, SOPs, user guides, and training materials.
Lead or support ERP enhancement projects, system upgrades, and module implementations.
Conduct user training and ensure adherence to best practices and data integrity standards.

Education & Experience

Proficient in SQL, data extraction, reporting, and troubleshooting.
Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows — production planning, BOM, inventory, MRP, quality, etc.
Strong communication skills in English and Vietnamese
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast- paced operational environment.
Excellent problem- solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with system integration, API, or middleware is a plus.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years of ERP system support/administration experience in a manufacturing environment.
Hands- on experience with ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor, or similar).

Basic programming/scripting skills (Python, Power Automate, etc.)
Knowledge of lean manufacturing or ISO/IATF standards
