IT Systems Manager

Provide comprehensive support across multiple operating systems, including Mac, Windows, and Linux.
Manage major IT projects, such as Google Workspace migrations and system updates, upgrades, migrations, and outages.
Ensure reliable operation of core systems, including Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Atlassian tools, timesheeting systems, centralised password management solutions, and antivirus software.
Establish and oversee a support desk system, including the creation of walkthroughs, knowledge base documentation, and tutorial videos.
Manage vendor selection, planning, implementation, onboarding, training, and operation of other systems and solutions identified by the business.
Develop and maintain an asset register to track and manage IT resources.
Ensure all systems are operated securely according to our internal policies to maintain data integrity and compliance.
Set up adoption, utilisation, and activity reports and dashboards to monitor and optimise system performance.
Oversee and manage the organisation&039;s IT infrastructure across both business entities.

You&039;ve demonstrated your ability to set up and manage support desk systems, including creating effective documentation and tutorial videos.
You&039;re well- versed in systems networking, IT standards, and database management.
You have experience setting up and managing adoption, utilisation, and activity reports and dashboards.
You are adept at solving problems and multitasking effectively.
You communicate clearly and interact positively with all levels of an organisation.
You have proven experience in managing IT systems within a multinational or multi- branch environment.
You have a strong commitment to maintaining the security and integrity of IT systems according to established internal policies.
Your leadership skills are complemented by strong organisational and analytical capabilities.
You are experienced with Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, Atlassian, timesheeting solutions, centralised password management, antivirus solutions, and supporting Mac, Windows, and Linux environments.
