IT Talent Acquisition Leader

For the company&039;s fast growth purpose, we are looking for Talent Acquisitions ready to join our HR Team in the HCMC Office. At the senior/Leader level, we expect you can commit to a long- term companion and confidently take on these responsibilities:
● Actively participate and support HR- Back Office tasks with the spirit of one as a whole and a willing- to- learn mindset to reach the shared goals.
● Identifying future hiring needs and developing job descriptions and specifications.
● Provide excellent service and full life- cycle recruiting.
● Proactively source candidates through various channels, building and maintaining a solid network of talented candidates, community building, and ongoing relationship management for short- and long- term opportunities for a broad range of positions.
● Cultivate, develop, and maintain strong partnerships with hiring managers, candidates, and cross- functional team members.
● Maintain and develop the capacity of each individual and the HCM TA team.
● Initiate, develop, and proactively deploy the Candidate Experience Journey.
● Other tasks assigned by the line Manager.
● Conduct interviews and assess candidates&039; competencies to select the most suitable for each open position.

● Excellent communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
● Positive thinker with a strong willingness to take on new challenges and a happy supporter.
● A significant preference would be given to those who possess team management skills.
● Demonstrated experience with full- cycle recruiting in tech (required) and non- tech roles within organizations.
● Hands- on experience in using various interview techniques and evaluation methods.
● The ability to understand and communicate in English at the intermediate level.
● Familiarity with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
● 5 ++ YoEs in Talent Acquisition, including 3 years in the IT Sector. The preference would be given to candidates with experience in the banking industry or who can manage both Tech and Business Recruitment at all levels.
