Job Description
Summaries recruitment issues, propose rational suggestions to optimise recruitment systems and processes and complete recruitment analysis reports. Communicate and share recruitment processes, methods and skills with other recruiters to improve the efficiency of recruitment activities.
Complete other tasks assigned by leadership.
Maintain the company&039;s image and establish the employer brand.
Manage Recruitment Team: Oversee and lead the recruitment team, ensuring alignment with company goals and strategies, and fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment.
Develop recruitment plans and improve the company&039;s recruitment processes and related systems based on the company&039;s development needs.
Build a candidate database and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a continuous talent pipeline.
Expand and optimize recruitment channels to ensure alignment with business needs and ensure recruitment tasks are completed.
Work closely with business units to formulate strategies, plans, solve problems and recruit talent to meet human resource requirements and build talent pipelines.
Job Requirements
English can be used as a working language.
Proactive, good at communication and coordination, strong team player, able to work under pressure, with affinity and good professional ethics.
Bachelor&039;s degree or above, with headhunting experience preferred.
At least 5 years of recruitment management experience, with recruitment delivery experience in the internet industry.
Familiar with various recruitment channels, proficient in various interviewing methods and skills.

Working Hours and Location
Hours: Monday to Saturday (from 08:30 to 17:30).
Location: 497 Nguyen Kiem Street, Ward 9, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City.
