Responsibilities
• Work closely with Japanese clients to understand their requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.
• Collaborate with cross- functional teams to define, design new features.
• Help maintain code quality, organization, and automation.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Develop and maintain high- quality Java applications using Spring/Spring Boot and Struts.
• Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

• Knowledgeable in Restful API Services.
• Experience with the Waterfall model is a plus.
• English proficiency: able to read and understand technical documents.
• Proficient in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Experience in document design is a plus.
• Preference will be given to candidates with experience working with Japanese clients and handling documentation.
• At least 2 years of experience in Java Spring/Spring Boot, Struts development.
• Proficient in SQL.
For Team Lead Position:
• Experience in supporting team members, reviewing their work, and coding.
• Must have experience leading a team of at least 5 members.
