Key Responsibilities
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering continuous learning and improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Optimize application performance and scalability.
Lead the back- end development team to design, develop, and maintain robust SaaS platforms.
Oversee code quality and best practices through code reviews and testing.
Ensure high performance and responsiveness of applications.
Maintain and enhance existing back- end services and APIs.

Required Skills
DevOps Practices: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud native platform such as K8s.
Problem- Solving: Excellent problem- solving and analytical skills.
Relational Databases: 5+ years of experience with databases (e.g., PostgreSQL).
Communication: Strong communication and collaboration skills.
API Development: 3+ years of experience in API development (RESTful API, gRPC).
Leadership: Proven leadership skills with experience in mentoring teams.
Agile/Scrum Methodologies: 3+ years of experience working in Agile environments.
Back- End Architecture: 5+ years of experience in designing scalable back- end architectures.
Expertise in Java: 7+ years of experience in Java programming and related technologies (e.g., Spring Boot, Hibernate).
Adaptability: Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies, including Python.
