Jewelry Or Watches Sales Staff

Building the business:

Handle customers’ complaints and other incidents, report to Direct Leader/ Supervisor.
Always in ready status to welcome consumers
Before closing, ensure nobody remains in shops, all electronic facilities are turned off according to GA department’s guidelines, and all doors are shut and locked properly.
Return cash floats and all necessary documents to close registers and secure sales receipts. Process end- of- shift balancing of monies.
Hand over work properly between shifts. Make sure pending works are acknowledged and followed- up.
Update special information about daily sale program such as: special sales strategies, new promotion, changed price, currencies exchange rates, new product lines, brand visiting.
Make the right payment process.
Has full knowledge about product.
Achieve monthly targets.
Create and maintain an attractive and clean counter environment.

Goods control:

Oversee stock transfer. Make sure stock are picked and packed properly. Picking list must be checked before inputting in POS system.
Check stock integrity and proceed stock replenishment and oversee the display.
Check stock label, price tags, POP.
Stock inventory every month.

Manager:

Coordinate for proceeding body check protocol when staffs get out from working place.
Adhere to all policies/procedures in compliance with airport.
Oversee POS settlement and cash collection.
Assist and train staffs during working shift.
Strictly follow grooming rules: uniform, name tags, hair, nails, make up, gestures, service attitude.
Make daily report to Sales Managers.

Other Job Functions or Accountabilities:

Assist in periodic floor re- sets.
Assist Managers as needed to ensure consistent execution of store objectives.
Assist in merchandise inventories as applicable.
Assist in proper handling of merchandise including maintenance of visual merchandising guidelines.

Educational Requirements: High School graduate upwards; have basic math skills
Work Experience: ~ 1 year experience in Watch/Jewelry/Accessories retail (PNJ, DOJI,...) …, luxury brand boutique environment (in charge of 90% watch and 10% jewelry)
Equipment/Tools:
Licenses Required: Follow requirement of company after passing interview
Working Time: 7 hours/day (break 0.5h), Off 1 day/week
Critical Skills: Speaking Chinese or Korean well, English basically
Others: Airport retail environment. Requires standing throughout the working shift and proactive interaction with customers and staff.
