Jira & Confluence Administrator (Agile, IT Support)

As a JIRA & Confluence Administrator, you will be responsible for configuring, maintaining, and optimizing JIRA/Confluence to support our customers&039; development and business teams. You will work closely with cross- functional teams to ensure the smooth operation of JIRA and its integration with other tools. If you have a deep understanding of JIRA/Confluence and Agile methodologies, and you&039;re ready to take on a challenging role, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities

Work closely with stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve JIRA
Ensure proper integration of JIRA with other tools, such as Confluence, Bitbucket, and various plugins.
Provide support to users and troubleshoot issues related to JIRA.
Collaborate with development teams to understand their requirements and implement JIRA solutions accordingly.
Maintain and administer JIRA projects, workflows, and issue types.
Configure and customize JIRA to meet the needs of various teams and projects.
Keep up to date with best practices and industry trends in JIRA administration and agile methodologies.
Create and maintain documentation and training materials for JIRA users.
Manage user permissions, roles, and access controls within JIRA.
Monitor and optimize the performance of JIRA to ensure efficient and smooth operation.

Yêu cầu công việc

Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem- solving related to JIRA.
JIRA certification is a plus.
Experience in setting up and managing JIRA projects, workflows, and permissions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Bachelor&039;s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
4+ years of experience as a JIRA Administrator.
Strong knowledge of JIRA, including configuration and customization.
Ability to work effectively in a fast- paced and dynamic environment.
Familiarity with agile methodologies and software development processes.
