Jr/Sr/Lead Software Engineer (ALL SKILL SET)

Your role & responsibilities:

As a Software Engineer, you will create impact by:

Creating and testing of software prototypes
Writing functional, clean, scalable code, and code refactoring good practice
Developing and implementing software applications based on specifications
Collaborating with the deployment team on continuous integration
Supporting the operations team for potential post- implementation issues
Analyzing and troubleshooting any issues by developing scripts and database queries

As a Project manager, your key responsibilities:

Manage changes to project scope, schedule, or objectives.
Work with the development team to clarify and define tasks from sides, estimate, and help the team to raise feedback back to the client for solutions.
Work closely with the client as the product team for features, and clarify requirements and timeline.
Daily sync- up with the internal team and client.

Your skills & qualifications:

General Expectations of a Software Engineer:

Good knowledge of the following frameworks: Java, NodeJS, ReactJs/Native, .Net
Knowledge of CI/CD and automated software testing methodologies
At least 1 year of experience in backend development, with a strong focus on NodeJS/ Java (Spring)
Able to contribute effectively in a fast- paced, deadline- driven, and agile environment
Good knowledge of AWS / Azure cloud services (having certifications will be an advantage)
Knowledge of data and network, relevant securities, and best practices
Good English communication is an advantage
Good knowledge of problem- solving, algorithms, and data structures

Expectations for Project Manager:

Project management: timeline, tracking, communication, and forecast.
Capable of working in a team and under pressure.
Good communication in English.
Knowledge of the Scrum, Agile framework and its application (PSM I certification is plus).
Understand testing methodologies
Scrum Master practice.
At least 3 years of experience in PM.
