• Design and produce 2D motion graphics for digital marketing materials, including social media content, in- app banners, and promotional videos.

• Create basic 3D animations (simple movements, camera) when required.

• Collaborate closely with Design Team and Marketing Team to develop visual concepts, motion directions, and campaign assets.

• Assist in developing motion ideas and visual directions based on available concepts and guidelines.

• Ensure deliverables meet brand standards, quality requirements, and deadlines.
Đảm bảo sản phẩm đầu ra đáp ứng đúng KV, chất lượng và tiến độ.
• Edit and optimize motion/video assets for different platforms and formats.
Biên tập, tối ưu motion/video phù hợp với từng nền tảng và định dạng sử dụng.
Job requirements
• 1+ year of professional experience as a 2D Animator / Motion Designer
Có từ 01 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc ở vị trí 2D Animator / Motion Designer.
• Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro (or equivalent tools).
Thành thạo Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro hoặc các công cụ tương đương.
• Basic knowledge of 3D software such as Blender or Cinema 4D is a plus, not mandatory.
Có kiến thức cơ bản về phần mềm 3D như Blender hoặc Cinema 4D là một lợi thế (không bắt buộc).
• Understanding of digital marketing principles, especially how motion content supports performance and brand communication, is a plus.

• Good visual sense and attention to detail.

• Portfolio / demo reel is required (school projects, personal projects, or internships are acceptable).
