Junior Art Director

WHAT YOU WILL DO

Collaborate with the planning & creative team to develop creative concepts and visual strategies for various projects.
Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in design and visual communication, and incorporate them into our creative processes.
Mentor junior members of the creative team, fostering their growth and development as creative professionals.
Oversee the execution of visual elements across multiple channels, including digital, social media, and video, maintaining consistency and coherence throughout.

WHAT DO YOU NEED

Capacity for innovative thinking, delivering impactful design solutions that stand out.
Impressive portfolio demonstrating a keen sense of design aesthetics, originality, and strategic thinking across diverse mediums.
Strong problem- solving abilities and adeptness at thriving in high- pressure environments.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
Communication skills, capable of articulating and presenting creative concepts persuasively to both clients and internal teams.
