Job description
We are looking for a talented BIM electrical modeler for our office in Ho Chi Minh. Therefore, you will be in charge of the following tasks:
- 3D Modeling :
Develop models that meet the project&039;s Level of Development (LOD), up to LOD 500, which entails detailing models for fabrication, installation, and as- built purposes.
Create accurate 3D models of electrical systems (e.g., conduits, wiring, lighting, and electrical equipment) using BIM software like Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or similar platforms.
- Compliance : Follow industry standards and project- specific BIM workflows.
- Data Management : Incorporate and update equipment and installation data for accurate, as- built models.
- Coordination : Work with other disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP) to resolve clashes and ensure integrated designs.
- Drawing Production: Produce detailed electrical drawings from models.
Job requirements
Knowledge electrical design and installation applied to buildings (Design office or Contracting company experience is a plus for this position)
Proficient skills in English;
Preference will be given to 1 to 3 year of experience candidates
Graduated from universities specialized in Electrical Engineering.
Proficient in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Dialux, Navisworks, Pack of Offices.
