Junior Business Analyst

Responsibilities

Provide ongoing support and analysis to optimize the performance of existing systems.
Gather, analyze, and document requests to understand project requirements.
Assist in the testing and validation of software solutions to ensure they meet business requirements.
Work closely with development teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and technical team to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals/timeline.
Create and maintain detailed documentation, including user stories, use cases, and process flows.

Requirements

Ability to write professional technical documents
Ability to review and quality check projects’ output
Good analytical & critical thinking skills
Minimum 1 years of experience as a business analyst or related fields.
Comfortable English
Good understanding of development methods (Agile, Scrum, Kanban)
Good communication skills to communicate with clients and their teams.
