Junior Business Development (Blockchain Industry)

In- depth knowledge of the company&039;s products and services, being able to explain components and features, and effects to convince customers.
Finding and approaching new customers/partners through direct contact, word of mouth and cooperation with the marketing department.
Maintain meaningful relationships with existing customers to ensure that they become loyal customers of the company.
Proposing upgrades or adding products and services that capture the attention of customers.
Attend activities to research and connect with potential customers.
Draft business proposals and contracts to get more revenue from customers.
Research and update consumer trends to ensure that business methods are not outdated.
Review customer feedback and make necessary changes.
Constantly learning, equipping the social skills and skills necessary to increase sales.
Research the market and competitors.
Negotiate with customers to ensure offering them the most attractive prices while making the company profitable.

1- 2 years of experience at similar positions.
Working experience as a business development officer, salesperson, marketing officer or similar positions.
Able to withstand pressure from work, have patience in taking care of customers.
Quick and flexible in handling situations and approaching customers.
English proficiency.
Able to communicate, express well and be ready to appear on camera.
Understanding business metrics.
Having knowledge about Crypto, Blockchain or having the spirit to learn is a plus.
Proficient in the use of sales and customer service techniques.
Good use of CRM software. Proficient in office computer skills, Microsoft Excel.
University degree in majors such as: Business Administration, Marketing, or other similar disciplines.
Skilled in communication, negotiation, persuasion and understanding customer psychology.

Working time: 9:00- 18:00, from Monday to Friday

Competitive compensation package with your experience/performance, 13th- month salary + Yearly Performance Bonus.
Basic Salary: up to 13.000.000 VND/month
Here we can take care of lunch, sometimes snacks, and Happy Hour Weekly.
The pantry is filled with food and drink. The large balcony area is suitable for chilling.
Lunch allowance: 50,000/shift.
Company trip 2 times per year and more.
