(Junior) Business Process Analyst

Job Objective
This role will be part of Strategy & Transformation team. It requires a process oriented, analytical individual who is responsible for the end- to- end evaluation, design, creation, and delivery of organizational processes across people, business process, technology and customers aimed to effectively manage process changes across the business, improve operational efficiency, create transparency and reduce re- work.
Key Responsibilities:

Create and implement initiatives specific business process development and process change management framework. As well define clear roles and responsilbities.
Own the process change communication channel with stakeholders at all levels
Align with Movi Business Process Framework and promote best practices including staying up to date with the latest business process management best practice methodology.
Ensure alignment between policy, process (and business rules), and procedures
Inspect effectiveness of current process improvement initiatives and make useful recommendations
Meeting with stakeholders to discuss areas of focus and improvement within the business
Analysis of current processes and identify opportunities to enhance (e.g. improvements or automation) processes. Facilitate, collaborate and Interviewing staff and management to determine final process product.
Design, build and evaluate enterprise business processes and workflow as well as monitoring and maintaining changes from the business and project impacting processes.
Creating and presenting ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ processes for business approval
Overseeing the implementation of revised processes and workflows.

Minimum of 2 year’s experience with EWallet/Payment gateway/– working as a process analyst, process specialist or similar
Experience working as a business- wide function / cross- function
Strong Excel skills and good skills in other Microsoft products
Have experience in business process designs and facilitation
Strong understanding of business functions, workflows, and processes
Skilled at Microsoft viso or similar process software
Ability to work in a fast- paced.
Good interpersonal and interviewing skills
Strong written and oral communication skills, including good presentation skills in both English & Vietnamese
Preferably a bachelor’s degree in either Business administration, Commerce, Finance, Accounting, Economics or computer sciences
