Job Summary
Purpose: FE & QA:
- Support for leader / manager by assignment and providing Tech tool and support for sale partners and dealers / customers in region in charge.
- Implement FE & QA works as a member role (Market QA, claim tire handling; support Internal & External training, Family channel (FC) development; Fleet approach/ provide tire&039;s solution), incharge & leading some FE works (Field Test, QA) and in- charge the territory as well >> Contribute to the company&039;s sales strategy, maintain and increase the market share of the BS products.
Responsibilities
PRODUCT PERFORMANCE SURVEY- COMMERCIAL SCRAP SURVEY (MAIN PIC)
- Inspection scrap tires on field & key in data
- Analysis & report
- Making proposal <target/ survey area/ timeline> & preparation
- Communicate with agents to collect scrap tire
Field Test/ Monitoring test:
- Manage cost efficiency, contribute maximize to the Sales by utilizing the test result conveniently.
- Coordinate with group member and other teammates to ensure initial objectives
- Plan, manage the Field/monitoring test work reflect to company strategy: studying, proposal, follow up/manage members implement periodic until finish, final result.
Tech FE common works & support in territory
- Fleet Approach (FA):- Collaborate with Sales team to approach new potential fleets by technical approach to get business, to increase Sales volume and achieve the FA Sales target
- Market information updates: product, customers, market info.
- Handling customer&039;s claim, execute all common works of team (survey, test, sale/dealer support, support in training/family channel (FC) development).
- Implement/provide technical activities/ tire services (solution) during FA and after- sales services (support maintenance tools, tech consulting, training, safety/ valued events, product performance, claim,..) for fleet to maximize the value of the technical FA.
Support for leader, HOD, other units, dept, other assignment
- Willing to receive others assignment & support for leader, HOD in unit works, planning, preparation & improvement- report the progress and result.
- Willing support for other units, depts and visitors upon request.
