ABOUT POSITION
Join our IT team as a Junior Service Desk Staff member and be at the heart of our technology operations. In this exciting entry- level role, you&039;ll work closely with our experienced IT engineer, gaining hands- on experience and valuable skills. You&039;ll manage IT assets, provide first- line support to end- users, and help ensure the smooth execution of company events. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to learn and grow within a supportive team environment while making a real impact on our IT operations. Software and Hardware (Asset) Management
Ensure all processes are followed in accordance with IT policies and stakeholder requirements, including coordination with Finance, HR, Legal, and other departments.
Oversee the full lifecycle of IT assets, including procurement, onboarding, management, usage analysis, renewal, and retirement of assets when they are no longer needed.
End- User Support (Level 1)
Escalate more complex issues to higher- level support (Level 2, 3) as necessary, ensuring a smooth handoff and timely resolution.
Serve as the first point of contact for end- user requests, responding promptly and resolving issues within your scope of knowledge.
Guidelines Documentation
Ensure guidelines are accessible and easy to understand for both employees and IT/Security staff, promoting proper usage and best practices.
Develop and maintain clear, concise documentation for all tools under IT management.
Company Event Support
Set up and manage IT equipment to ensure smooth execution of events, addressing any technical issues that may arise.
Provide IT support for company events, both internal and external, held at the office or other venues.
