Junior Logistics Executive

End to end process of importing shipment (70%)

- Coordinate with the customs broker for declarations.
- Consolidate all shipping costs related to each shipment.
- Monitor the shipment process from ETD until arrival at Skechers’ warehouse( including handling Arrival Notices, submitting customs clearance to the Finance team, and providing ETA updates)
- Arrange and declare goods insurance with the vendor.
- Update the inbound plan and shipping cost to the team weekly and provide timely updates if there are changes.
- Work with inspection agencies to obtain Conformity Certification.
- Process and apply duty tax.
- Report shipping costs, VAT invoices, and commission fees to the Finance team monthly.
- Proactively identify issues, propose solutions, and flag potential risks.
- Select the most suitable sailing schedule and consolidate shipment in the best manner
- Review and verify draft documents, including Invoice, Packing List, Certificate of Origin (if applicable), and HS code against the Order file.
- Ensure factories comply with packing and labelling instructions.

Inbound & Return Management (30%)

- Coordinate with internal departments and 3PL to schedule Inbound and return receiving to as per 3PL KPI and ensure 3PL met Skechers business goal.

- Coordinate with finance team on cargo damage and short receiving shipment
- Other tasks as assigned
- Owner of quarterly defective report (liaise with US/HQ/factories)
- Monitor and manage Inbound warehouse capacity to ensure Inbound lead- time
- Oversee the receiving process, ensure accurate documentation and quality checks.
- Perform System warehouse received and transfer order (WR & TO) for Imported and return orders
- Initiate action plan within area of responsibility and handle all activities related to Inbound
- Produce & maintain up to date tracking reports (Inbound & Return receiving), providing full visibility to all stakeholders.

- Diploma/ Degree in Logistics / SCM / Transportation Management / Business Administration / Economics or related fields

- Have 1 years of experiences in end- to- end Importing shipment, Inbound & Return management
- Intermediate level in Microsoft office (Excel, Power Point…)
- Knowledge of U- turn shipment, BW shipment and Customs regulation
- Detailed, meticulous, devoted attitude & proactive
- Strong and effective communication skills,, both Vietnamese and English
- Able to work under pressure and to manage a big flow of information
