POSITION SUMMARY:
As an E- commerce Executive, you will drive online sales on platforms like Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop by developing strategies, managing campaigns, and optimizing performance. You’ll collaborate with cross- functional teams to ensure seamless execution and use data insights to achieve growth targets in a fast- paced environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Strategic Growth & Planning
Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and commercial teams to align plans and ensure smooth execution.
Analyze sales and performance data to uncover growth opportunities and improve campaign effectiveness.
Support the development and execution of strategies to drive online sales across key platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok).
Marketplace & Campaign Management
Lead the planning and execution of major campaigns (Mega Sales, Flash Sales, Brand Days, etc.).
Oversee daily operations on e- commerce platforms: listings, pricing, visibility, and promotions.
Work closely with platform KAMs to secure visibility slots, co- deals, and optimize campaign ROI.
Performance & Optimization
Recommend actionable improvements to increase sales and enhance customer experience.
Benchmark against competitors and conduct pricing analysis.
Cross- functional Collaboration
Align closely with supply and trade teams to manage stock availability, pricing, and promo updates.
Coordinate with design and content teams to ensure high- quality listings and campaign assets.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Male candidates only (due to the specific nature of the campaign, we appreciate your understanding)
At least 6 months of experience in E- commerce, trade marketing, or digital channel management (brand- side or platform- side).
Excellent communicator and negotiator, with great attention to detail.
Deep understanding of major e- commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop).
Able to juggle multiple projects- both hands- on and strategic in approach.
