Other tasks that are required by FS Senior Product Manager;
Propose user flow, wireframe, enhance current product/function to reach the best customer experience;
Xây dựng user flow, thiết kế wireframe, cải tiến sản phẩm để hướng tới trải nghiệm khách hàng tốt nhất và cân đối với các mục tiêu kinh doanh của MoMo và của sản phẩm được phân công;
Monitor product performance and provide insights to stakeholders (Giám sát chất lượng sản phẩm và cung cấp insight cho các bên liên quan);
Research and analyze the market and user behavior, internal data and information, coordinate with relevant stakeholders such as Technical, Business Unit, Legal, Risk Management, Marcom to propose to develop lending products, loan collection products,etc…; enhance these products (on MoMo’s apps) in order to be appropriate with MoMo development- orientation and FS Senior Product Manager’s requirements; Build and deploy the above product to users;

Minimum Qualifications (education)
Experience:
From 1 year of IT BA background or banking system architechturer is a plus.
Min 2 years of experience in the roles of Product Development/Product Owner/IT BA (domain lending is a plus) in Bank/Financial Institution/Software development company;
Over 2 year experience in developing digital financial solutions and growth hack features ( domain lending) in apps is a plus;
Essential skills:
Ability to think critically and solve problems;
Ability to work independently and teamwork, meet deadlines and work under high pressure;
Understand UI/UX knowledge basically at least (being excellent is a plus);
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Fluent with build user flow, activity diagram, wireframe;
Ready to learn new things quickly and flexible;
Customer empathy, ability to thoroughly understand the meaning of product’s business growth data, ability to understand API documents;
Understand the SBV’s lending regulation and debt classification and provisioning as well as be able to apply on the practical daily tasks;
Fluent in using with confluence, jira;
